Our Humble North Chesterfield Roots
Bank interest rates were at 18-20%, on August 16, 1982 and the “King’s Korner” family embarked upon a journey in which most financial institutions had little confidence.
King’s Korner has grown from a modest community “Roadside Barbecue Fundraising” business to a thriving diverse catering business that has a restaurant, banquet hall and mobile kitchens. King’s Korner is proud of its diversity; from the finest formal weddings, social catering for churches, families, picnics or for corporate events. We have obtained valuable experience that you may not find with other catering services.
We have catered to the famous, celebrated, prominent and distinguished throughout Chesterfield and in the local community, but also with well renowned people, including: President George W. Bush Sr. (President of The United States of America), Doug Wilder, Mark Warner and George Allen (Virginia Governors), Jerry Falwell (Liberty University), General Norman Schwarzkopf (Desert Storm), Jimmy and Donna Meade Dean (Famous Singers, Jimmy Dean Sausage), Colonel Oliver North and many more!

Caring greatly for our community, the most memorable 2007 charitable event was King’s Korner’s involvement with ABC’s “Extreme Home Make-Over” in Rice, Virginia.
After a four-year term in public office R.M. “Dickie” King, Jr., King’s Korner President, has returned to be with the family to assist in “moving the company to the next level.” King’s Korner promises a renewed commitment to detail, quality and service. The family will maintain the company’s long history of doing business with “integrity.”

Mobile Kitchens for Your Special Event
Our Gourmet Catering... In Any Venue
With incredible capacity and versatility, we are now able to offer you the event of your dreams almost anywhere you would like! From the middle of a pasture to your very own driveway, we can bring your guests the most incredible cuisine almost anywhere. Food can be served from the mobile kitchen or can be served “buffet style” in chaffing dishes outside the mobile kitchen for larger groups. All we need is a 30 ft. x 20 ft. space with 13 ft. overhead clearance to impress your guests.
Our mobile kitchens are a professionally staffed, fully-stocked restaurant on wheels that’s ready to get trucking and turn heads at your next event.
