Yes, we are a family-owned, full service catering company and Restaurant and can accommodate almost any menu item. We would love to help you create a special menu just for your event.

Yes, we offer a wide variety of vegetarian, gluten-free, allergy-sensitive and other special needs menu items. When you speak with your company representative, you will discuss your dietary needs and we will suggest a menu that will be suitable for you and your guests.

We currently accept most major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express; personal checks, Cashier’s checks, bank checks and cash as forms of payment.

Often no deposit is required with a signed contract and your approval to confirm your event. The exception in which a deposit may be required when renting the Banquet Hall in busy months. All deposits are non transferable and non-refundable.

Two weeks notice for a final attendance count and amendments work best for King’s Korner Catering and the customer but a firm guarantee if attendance must be received by the catering office three working days prior to your event. This number is not subject to reduction unless previously agreed upon by both parties. The caterer will not undertake to serve more than a 25% increase over the final guarantee unless previously agreed upon by both parties. You will be charged for the guarantee or the number in attendance, whichever is greater.

Yes, we have a calculated travel radius pricing for all events that covers travel expenses.

Yes, King’s Korner Catering is fully insured and licensed by the State of Virginia to vend and serve alcoholic beverages.

Yes. Not only can we arrange for the rental of the usual party items such as tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware and silverware; but we also have access to fine china, crystal and specialty linens. We can also arrange for larger items such as tents, stages and dance floors.

Yes, our Executive Chef is happy to prepare chef’s selection of menu items based on the menu you’ve created with your event producer prior to your tasting. This will be a small sampling of the items you can expect for guests to enjoy at your event. Tastings are limited to parties of four. We charge a $100 flat rate for each tasting. If you sign a contract with us, your tasting is complimentary.

Yes, we have gift certificates available for our Restaurant only. Our gift certificates have a lot of benefits:

• No expiration date.
• Includes FREE fitted envelope and message line for recipient.
• Easy to buy! Simple $10.00 denomination for each gift certificate.
• No purchase limit. Period.
• Our address and contact information is conveniently printed on back.
• Authorized signature and King’s Korner Catering seal to prevent fraudulent activity.

Only valid for Restaurant buffet and beverages. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Unused credit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or used towards gratuity. If purchase exceeds certificate amount, balance must be paid. King’s Korner Catering is not responsible if certificate is lost, stolen or used without your permission and holds the right to request alternative forms of payment if fraudulent gift certificate is redeemed.
